Efficent, clean, value for money hotel - well situated for business in Birmingham.
You can only access it from the northbound M40 - on a return from Birmingham you have to drive past to next junction and come back again - it would be helpful if this was made clear
big comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff. Very little noise from services.
Friendly and helpful reception staff that were approachable when we had a problem with bathroom towels although it took until the following day to filter through to room service. Room and bathroom were clean and kettle and fridge handy.
I am a short person but the shower head was high to the ceiling and difficult to alter also the peep holes in the door are high up. Since I like to have a shower in the morning and evening I was rather surprised that an extra towel was not supplied to replace the floor matt and the flat sheet was small to wrap around me.
Quiet room & comfortable bed at a good price. Nice to see digital TV.
We did not get the excutive room as per booking so there was no fridge in the room which was slightly annoying because we were carrying chilled food needed the next day. Fortunately the ice blocks & cool bag sufficed.
Nice grass around, good services (Burger King, WHSmith etc) very close.
Not easy to find, cold room, design poor. Confusing information about parking fees.
Didn't realise the only access was via the motorway, I thought it had a rear access to the country roads behind.
The location was very good for visiting the Motor Museum. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cheap, but provided wveryrthing we needed.
Excellent facilities, good location, very clean and staff excellent and very helpful.
Would have liked bed linen changed (not done in 7 nights) and bed made (only once done, other times pulled up).
I was pleasantly surprised with my room - spacious, clean, lovely decor, comfortable. I only saw the staff on reception, but they were friendly, helpful and efficient.
Only slight problem I had was with the shower, which was more a dribble than a whoosh. When reception staff were informed I was told maintenance would get on to it straight away. (This was when I checked out, so I cannot confirm how speedily this was carried out)
The accessibility and obvious links to the road network was a major advantage
The Man from Hungary who checked me in was very, very helpfull and it was a pleasure to meet him
The hotel was easy to find and it was convenient for Stratford, Warwick and even Birmingham. We had a clean, good sized tripple bedroom. The meal vouchers were good value for money (one child`s for free with an adult).
We used the hotel purely as a stopover. It was clean, rooms spacious for family of four and staff efficient and friendly. The breakfast for 6.99 and children free was excellent value and very good.
Handy location on route to NAC Stoneleigh.Comfortable reception to meet friends and talk.
Kettle in room did not work.
